Check the dimm chips(Ram) reseat it. Check connectors in the main controller on the Dc. Reload firmware.

the 3300 is the same as a 3300g... like screwtape said check the dimm but yes the Hdd could be getting ready to go .. if it was not been replaced before it is a good change ...does it take a long time to come to the ready state???

        Replace your hard drive

The hard drive is your most likely candidate. As it ages, it gets weak sectors that have to be reseeked many times to acquire the data, as this degrades, it takes longer and longer to accomplish its task.

With the ability to modify the HDFormat ift file to use a cheap drive that works with the IR3300 (not all drives work, best to find one that works well and just use that), replacing the hard drive isn't too expensive and is worth a shot.

Hi i also came across a wonderful example of that problem and found that if i unpluged the network cable the machine worked properly, now assuming your machine is connected to the network try this, if it works get the companies network guy to test for collisions across his network you may solve the problem that way.
