Your question is too vague,, are you looking for help setting it up as a printer on your network, or are you trying to update system software on this device?

You can find the driver on Canon's end-user website, www.usa.canon.com

        Click on:
        - "Downloads"
        - ""Office/Production"
        - "Office/Production Products"
        - "Printer"
        - "Image Class Series"
        - "ImageClass C2100"
Then download the appropriate driver for the operating system of your computer. Run it and it will guide you the rest of the way.

Use an XP driver,,, normally works, just push past Vista's warning about not verified to work on that OS.
