the copier has the board that has usb and lpt ports.it was working ok and suddenly cant print.the drivers ok,my pc recognize the copier but no print..any luck..?
According to djbass you can, but you need an optional accessory. If it's been working before then they would have this accessory installed.

It needs the optional Printer Board-N1 installed in order to utilise the USB/Parallel printing ability. They do not come with printing support as standard.
i tried with different pc and cables.it has the printer board attached.the copier worked fine.after an incident with a paperclip on some copies the copier dont print from usb.
when the accident with the paperclip happened my cousin pushed all buttons and after that no usb printing
hi, you can try to clear the machine by using service mode, Additional Function>ID>scroll to #12 CLEAR>start>scroll to CLEAR All>start, off the machine and on again, if can't then another method is go to service mode scroll to #7 scroll to reset>start and off/on the machine.
Im not too sure if this model has a usb setting but you can check.
USB Connection Disable is a function for disabling the USB port when connecting the device to a computer using a USB cable. When the settings are set to "Off", connections between the imageRUNNER device and a computer via USB are prohibited, preventing unauthorized access of a direct connection between a computer and the imageRUNNER device.
This can be accessed in :
1. Additional Function.
2. System Settings
3. USB Settings
Here is a check list:
1) Check the integrity of the USB cable or simply try a different cable.
2) Install the CAPT inf driver on the computer then test-print using a parallel printer cable.
3) If parallel printing is confirmed, disconnect the parallel printer cable.
4) Reinstall the USB cable then test print to determine if it was a driver issue.
5) If USB printing still fails and parallel printing works then, try resetting or replacing the print controller.
6) If both print methods fail, try printing from a different pc, else replace the print controller.
Valid points about printer reset and clearing operation. I have PM'd you with some info that may help.
Printer reset:
Enter service mode>#7 Printer>#4 Printer Reset>Yes
Clear:
Enter service mode>#12 Clear>All Warning: if this is a fax model, this will erase all address book info, and reset copier back to factory defaults for all other settings.
