    Canon Pixma MP980 SST

    I need the Canon service tool download for the Canon MP980. If anyone is able to give me some insight please let me know. Thanks!

      Me thinks you're a little mixed up. The SST is not for a Pixma printer. Why don't you go on over to FYOP they are a little bit more your speed.

          Canon MP980

          My service manual for this model says that there is Service Tool software for it.

          Sorry, maybe I stated this in the wrong way before.

          If you can be of any assitance to where I can buy this software I would appreciate it.

              What kind of problem are you having? The canon consumer website states there are no updates available.

                  He is confused, in his manual a software tool is mentioned. It is NOT the SST software.

                      Yea, I think he is.
                      I'm sure there is some firmware utility tool, probably USB, I guess it would matter If he can get firmware..
