Hard Drive faild for canon IR2270

Hello Everyone

i have a problem with our IR2270
it seem that the Hard drive faild on the machin ,
and i want to replace him by my self ,i have another HD toshiba 60GB new

is there any way that i will install the softwar for it ?
or i need to order only HD from Canon?

does SST will do the job for me ?

The IR2270 has an encrypted list of supported hard drives so get the exact same model hard drive as was in the machine previously or order a genuine canon drive.

You need SST (Service Support Tool). This is the program used to load the firmware onto the copier. You also need the IR2270 firmware.

Eyalos, If you are not sure how this procedure works, I would have someone who is trained or someone who knows how to flash this model.
I highly recommend to use canon genuine parts.
