ImageClass 8170c error

hello guys.

I have 2 machine with system errors I have suspicion but need confirmation as I do not have a manual for this machine.

Machine *1 Error E000 which I suspect have to do with the fuser, but I am more leaning on the motor next to the fixing unit of this machine. please confirm.


Machine *2 Error E002 fixing unit error temp.


What is the procedure for resetting these codes on MF8170c if available.

I think your correct. that the fuser is bad. i have a working one , and when i removed the fuser it came up with the same error.
