hi guys i try to change the fixing unit and clear the error but nothing happens the code dosn't go any body had incounter this before.please help me.

hi guys i try to change the fixing unit and clear the error but nothing happens the code doesn't go any body had encounter this before.please help me.

Check some of these things out.
1.DC Power Supply
2.DC Fuse PCB
3.Duplex Driver PCB
4.DC Controller
5.Fixing Feeder Unit Open/Closed Sensor.
6.Fixing unit connector.
7.The green varistor thats on the ITB ass'y.( That should be on and screwed in properly to frame and plate cover of the ITB ass'y.)
