we have a problem, whics is at IR 5020i showed E 602

so we need hdd format and firmware ...

anyone know where to get it ??

You will need a HDD most likely these seem to be failing more lately just time is doing them in
I dont have the Part number handy wm4-5230-020 comes to mind
Then you will need SST software and 5020i firmware it may behoove you to get some help from someone on sote who hass done it before otherwise your divice is a big paper wght.
