Can anyone please tell me how to enter the service mode on a Canon Imagerunner 5020 and what the E000005-000 code means?

*2 8* go to counter and look for the web

E005 is the web count..
* is the additional functions key 2 8 same time

Hey!
That's a Cleaning Web Counter error code.
To clear it press * 2 and 8 * in that 2&8 are pressed simultaneously.
Go to the Web counter and clear the counter back to Zero (0).
The machine will reboot and Ur problem will be solved.
