IRC2550i E021 error

Only installed an IRC2550i today and already has E021 error. Know that it points to dev motor but has anyone else had this problem. Haven't been back yet to check the machine out. Simple as replacing the dev motor or something more serious. Thanks

It happens. Check connectors and cut wire ties.

turns out the rubber on the ITB came off at the rear side. it fell into the cyan and magenta drums and seized them. this then caused the drive section to be damaged. not just the ordinary fault. customer not happy and dont blame them.
