SST (Service Support Tool) is the program used to upload the firmware for a copier. SST is the same for all canon copiers that use it. What's different is the firmware used with SST.

If you have a specific reason for using the SST e.g. installing a new hdd or upgrading to networked firmware it would be helpful to know that if you want instructions.
