hi friends problem ir3100 erorr 0677-110 reset ok ofter 1day come again same problem i do-nt have a service manuals pls help me

The service manual shows that the error E000067 is an HVT related fault; however from our experience it is caused by the drum. Check the drum life in service mode, if it shows 70% or over replace the drum unit. While you are at it remember to clean the Patch sensor, however if you are not a Canon engineer I would recommend you contact your local canon dealer & have them check over the copier & replace the drum for you.
