I would need help by department remove on i-Sensys MF9130.
I have tried already to get in service mode (Menu, 2,8, Menu) >Copier>Function>Clear>PWD-CLR>OK
But after pressing OK nothing happened and I am still not able to enter the administration mode of the printer.
Can anybody help me?
