there is a setting in service mode level two under option body "CLR SHFT" set this to 1 it will slow the printer down by 1/3 by not feeding the card in the m/f untill the first page has left the fuser. Also if ur feeding more than 250 gram card it will cause this fault

You never said if you cleaned the ITB rollers or replaced the ITB belt.On this model you have to clean the rollers and replace the ITB non schedule.

Chroma-coat or other coated boards will NOT work in the machine.
I've had many battles with coated card over the years and they just won't fuse properly.

I print 14pt kromkote (around 307 gsm) on a c3200 all the time. It runs great. Just choose heavy 2 as your paper type. We print business cards on it, both light coverage and very heavy coverage and all works great.

If you remove the brush, it will only make matters worst..
If you are experiencing backgrounding issues, replacing the drum
will be the most simplest way to rectified the problem.

                    What about transfer cleaning?
Have you tried the transfer cleaning blade?

hi,clean the inside rollers of the I.T.B thoroughly and the inside part of the Transfer Belt it could be slippery. If that does not work, try changing the internal rollers.
