there is a setting in service mode level two under option body "CLR SHFT" set this to 1 it will slow the printer down by 1/3 by not feeding the card in the m/f untill the first page has left the fuser. Also if ur feeding more than 250 gram card it will cause this fault -
thanks for the reply guys.i will the setting in service mode.i clean the rollers in the itb and also the transfer belt.i have two machine doing this one has 200k on it the other one is just 70k on the counter.when i try to feed from the cassets i works well but it always jam because of thickness of the card.again thank you guys i will post back for the update.there is no glory without sacrificeComment

I print 14pt kromkote (around 307 gsm) on a c3200 all the time. It runs great. Just choose heavy 2 as your paper type. We print business cards on it, both light coverage and very heavy coverage and all works great.Comment

If you are experiencing backgrounding issues, replacing the drum
will be the most simplest way to rectified the problem.Comment

hi,clean the inside rollers of the I.T.B thoroughly and the inside part of the Transfer Belt it could be slippery. If that does not work, try changing the internal rollers.Comment
