    E003 0002 irc 3380

    Hi guys

Having this error code on 3380 have changed fixing flim and fixing ass'y with no joy The call was loged for e025 0002 (cyan) after checking toner bottle, motor, sensor, was going to come back with a drum. just before leaving e003 pops up having not gone near the fixing ass'y. I'm thinking it might be DC driver(have checked all fuses on this pcb) or DC con pcb as eo25 may be related. love to know if any of you guys or girls have had this fault.

    Cheers
