e000 error cannot clear

i cannot start service mode press user mode key then 2 and 8 key 0.5 ore more and user mode key . how can i start service mode another way or what component i need to check

I got one Cannon NP7161 in start up it shows E000, this happen. I start the machine without conecting the 2 thermistors before it it have some paper jam error I rectified it. How I can entr the service mode. Pls help me
