IRC 4080, 0A09 jam code wont clear

Well im working on an irc 4080 and it says theres a paper jam between the finisher and the upper delivery assembly. the jam code is 0A09 at PS6. i swapped out the sensor because it seemed bad but that didnt work. so i did a continuity check on the wire harness going to that sensor and found a broken wire. tried to order just the harness and it would have taken to long so i put a Brand new Upper delivery assembly in. that should fix any doubts that i might have had..... nope. i still got that pesky 0A09 jam. so i then tore into the machine tracing wires and checking pins to make sure nothing was broke. i hooked all the wires back up, left the finisher disconnected, cheated the optic on the door for the upper delivery assy, power it up and heyyyy no jam code. so i power it back down put all my panels on and reconnect the finisher, power it up and ..... 0A09!!!! so i thought hey the finisher was the only thing that i changed aside from putting panels on. i detached the finisher powered it back up and still 0A09. at this point im starting to think that maybe im going about this the wrong way. i look in the jam history and the 1 that happened just before the 0A09 jams was an 1101 jam. and this one happened only minutes before the first 0A09. but i think that has to do with the finisher so i dont think thats it. anyone out there have any ideas it would be much appreciated.

i found the problem and now i feel kinda stupid. the door that covers the upper delivery assy has a piece a mylar in it that was folded over completely. didnt look like anything was wrong until i noticed the sensor flag was hanging up on it. stupid mylar...
