I have a client that has one of these copiers. Recently it had a paper jam, and they removed all the paper they could find inside the machine, but the paper jam error will not clear. They have turned off the machine and unplugged it, waited, then plugged it back in, and tuned it on, still no joy. Are there any suggestions? They do not have the manual for this machine either.

Check to see if there is a small piece of paper under the registration flap. There is a sensor flag hidden under it(dead center-black flap). -
Could you give instructions where to find this flap? I am not a Tech for these machines, so I have no clue.

It's right by the transfer roller. They also could have knocked the manual bypass paper sensor out which would give you a jam message. If you're not a copier tech, they need to call one!Comment
