iRC5180_H1 intermittent print rubbish

Dear all,

Cureently i faced an issue on customer's machine which intermittent print rubbish. I had changed and re-set the H1 HDD and system but still occur. Customer claimed when they copying,after few minutes machine will automatics print rubbish out.
what should i need to focus on?

Have you experience this while you was checking the machine or H1.

What kind of rubbish are we talking about.. Description.

Are you using the correct print driver for the H1?

when i checked the CWS and shown "Unknown Job" with red color. I'm using H1 driver and PS driver. Besides, i also off the "print PS error information" on driver.
