The reason i went with the reg area is because of the picture of the reg roller bushings being out of position. Not to mention that he said when it jams there is no margin on the page.Yes it does go thru the reg area but it sounds like it goes in too fast, thus no lead margin.

Guys i Clean the Transfer/Separation Unit by disassemble it. Now there was No paper jam and No margin mis feeding. But at the beginning of the copy the first paper scroll in the entrance of the Transfer/Separation Unit and jam. after removing the paper then the next paper goes smoothly.

Also i think the paper moves not fast its moving too slow. because the margin is vanished only the text appears in the Edge of the paper and the jam code is delay jam.

I have seen many 010B codes caused by the registration not being on or the separation pulling the page up and not reaching the fixing unit in time. The gear can most certainly cause the jam but there would be no issue with the lead edge or trail edge for that matter. But as most of us probably know there can be more then one problem here causing a compounded issue. My biggest problem here is I think we are losing something in the translation. I am having trouble determining what is wrong at this point. I think you need define the different problems it is having and concentrate on one problem at a time.
First I would check the obvious things. Check to see if the heat roller gear is damaged/worn, especially the tab that holds it in place. Secondly I would approach the registration issue. If the gear is broken it still doesn't explain the registration problem. Be sure the registration is due to the registration area and not a document feeder issue or a print issue. If the paper is curling into the sep or the cleaning unit you have a separation issue. If the paper is going thru flat the separation is ok. As Screwtape stated make sure the pre-registration guides have enough room between them so the paper moves smoothly thru.
You will need to watch the paper as it goes thru the image formation area. Does it lift, hesitate or shake? It might help if you started fresh explain if anything has improved and what you have done as well as what it is currently doing. Please let us know if it happens on single sided, double sided, every copy or just every few pages.
Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it.

First...re-wire the transfer/sep.Then clean the underside of the transport belts...they slip. Make sure the transport vacuum fans are working.Clean the fuser entrance guide of any built up toner. Next check the upper fuser roll drive gear...the tooth on the inside of the gear breaks off all the time. Also at about 4 million prints the gears on the fixing drive motor assembly like to break. Make sure the fuser entrance guide moves properly. Pull the cover off the feeder assembly cheat the door and use a light and see whats going on as it runs!!!

One thing I don't think anyone mentioned that I see a lot is the tab on the reg. clutch cover. It breaks off and allows the clutch to move causing delays. I had one actually rip the wires off the clutch.

The cover has a metal piece on it that the tabs on the clutch lock into. If this is broken you will have a jamming problem. Also registration issues. I am pretty sure the part number for the cover is FB6-2372-000. You should check the cover again and make sure the clutch is connected to it properly. I would replace the cover. I never had a glued cover last that long. I carry a few of them in my car stock.

I have a cover in my hand now. The metal tab has one screw holding it on. That is the part that breaks. It usually falls into the machine and can be hard to find. The part number is different than the parts book. It is FM1-0659-000. If the clutch tab is not held by the metal piece on the cover, I am sure that is your problem. Once you see a new cover you will see how the clutch attaches. Let us know how you make out.

                        8070 jams on xport bed

could be the transport fan under the rubber belts its the same fan thats under the metal pan for the transfer sep assy you could swap fans to test it

Ya there was the metal Piece holding the Clutch. the plastic is cracked in the upper side so there is no chance for movement in the metal tab. when i first open the bearing in the plastic cover where tight and i disassemble all, lubricate it and fixed it. Now the rollers are moving freely than the previous.

If the clutch is connected okay with the metal piece then all is good. It is up to you to decide if it will hold. Usually the cover gets broken for a reason. The reason is that there is drag on the reg. roller. Check the reg roller for binding. Remember that you can't turn it as quickly as the machine does when operating, so it can be hard to tell. Also, their is a brake clutch involved, if it is sticky then problems could arise. Good luck!
