set limit mode to off under *copier settings page 6 or 7 then reboot mc.

There is a possibility that the finisher had a error and the customer hit functions limited mode instead of shutdown when the error code pop. Check the trays make sure they are at home position.

I setted the limit mode, and the machine come back to work normally. Thanks guys...
