Have you ever used SST before? The Service Support Tool is not specific to the IR3300. The firmware for the IR3300 is specific to the IR2200 series (IR2200, 2800 and 3300). NB: If your copier is an IR3300i (newer model) it uses different firmware again. Which one it is should be clearly marked on the front of the copier.
In service mode under Copier > Display > Version do you have a number appear for RUI or is it blank like --_--
If a number appears it's possible that the RUI has been corrupted some way or you have the wrong version installed. If it is blank RUI is not installed and you will definitely need to upgrade yor firmware.
For using SST you'll either need a nethawk cable (only usb-to-parallel cable that works. If you're not a technician forget this option) or a bi-centronics aka IEEE1284 parallel cable (this kind of parallel cable uses bi-directional communication so it was used on devices such as scanners) to plug into the parallel port on your computer which should be set to ECP mode.
Edit: NB: I forgot to mention you should first check to make sure you haven't turned RUI off. This could be why you're getting an error. In user mode go to Additional Functions (button with * on it) > System Settings > Remote UI On/Off. Make sure it is switched to On. If it's switched off, turn it on. Then turn the copier off using switch on right hand side of copier and turn it on again.
Post back with how you've gone checking that RUI is turned On and if that doesn't fix your problem check service mode for the number you get for RUI. Report back on the number for MN-CONT as well if you want.
Can you ping the copier's IP address and print to it? Have you tried connecting to the copier using a laptop via a crossover cable, temporarily changing the IP address settings so they can communicate and seeing if RUI works then?
You can't expect anyone to spend their time providing firmware and instructions on how to use it, if you haven't demonstrated that you've checked thoroughly to make sure you need it first especially when you're asking in your first post.Last edited by bnmand; 07-14-2009, 05:37 AM.Comment

Dear bnmand
I already checked as your advice, remote UI already turn on, version of RUI display in the blank --_-- . I have IEEE1284 parallel cable. I never use SST but I already read manaul SST version 3.35 last night so I think I can manage to upload firmware to ir3300 but the thing is I don't have SST and firmware for RUI. can you help me for this.
Best regards

To use RUI you need to have your copier networked. If it isn't you should network it.
As well as RUI, networking also allows you to print from your computer to the copier, pull scan B&W using the Canon Network ScanGear Tool and I believe there's also some benefits for faxing as well if you have a fax kit installed.
Edit: if you can see the RUI On/Off setting in Additional Functions then your copier is already networked.Comment
