IRC3220 printing image problems..? help ?

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this problems when I print ?

its a 12x18 paper.. 220gram paper

Try printing PG5 single color Y,C,M,K
This will help you find which color is causing the banding.
It looks like a developer issue.
