Did you initialize after you stirred
You supply, then stirred and INIT4.

In your case black is what seems to be the problem.
Did you check the black toner sensor?
Was this one of the sensors you cleaned.
What did your denisty reading for black look like?

Are you doing the INIT with the front door open or any of the covers off? Always make sure the doors are closed and covers are in place when doing this otherwise stray light can effect your values. Make sure the drum is cleaning propely or it will effect your reference patch on the drum. Also was this a problem before you restarted the developers?

            just a thought...

When you were doing this PM, were you using a vacuum cleaner? The sensors are very sensitive to E.S.D. and with the use of a vacuum, you take your chances around the sensors as it makes an excellent Vandegraff generator Have you replaced the sensor unit? I know of this problem as I did it to one of the developers once and blew the sensor in it,,, during a PM, the machine had been working fine before that.

            good luck,,
