    need a master reset, or new ip address, can any one offer assistance.

    Is there some unknown reason you posted this twice in 9 minutes? Couldn't wait that long for an answer perhaps?

      This machine is similar to the 3300 (3320 has more features, but essentially is very similar). On the 3300 to set IP address go to Additional Functions > System Settings > Network Settings > TCP/IP settings > IP address.

      You need your IP address to be in the same range as other devices on your network and same subnet mask.

      If you have a DHCP server you could try turning DHCP on. Remember to turn it off after getting a new IP address. Once you've made your changes turn the copier off using main power switch (on right hand side) and on again. Go back in and see if the changes have worked.
