This customer has a distincitive ring pattern set on his line to ring a doubble ring so when I set the fax machine to that setting in RX settings it doesnt accept it it always defaults bact to normal setting . what am I doing wrong ?
try setting to double ring agian, make to press the set to set in the double ring, then print out a config page and see if the machine accepted the seting....
