    iRC3220N E000751-1304

hi I am currently experiencing this error
with my machine, I quick check on the service
manual doesn't show any information about
this error, most of the time I just clear the error
at service mode, so far I have only tried exchanging
the heater unit & drums because the machine is on
site already. however the error keeps coming back
2-3 times a week, mostly in the morning or should I
say after you ON the machine, anyone have any info
    bout this error?

    thanks again!

I dont know the solution of error code but u should reconnect all cables on all the boards at the back and lean them. This helps 6 out 10 times

E751 Error Code: Explanation of sub codes

      [ Manual-related ]
      Description
E751 can be displayed when a connection error of the drum unit or toner cartridge occurs. The following are the detail of each sub code. You may find it helpful to refer to them when servicing. The suffix "x" of each sub code shows color of the affected drum unit or toner cartridge. (1=Y, 2=M, 3=C, and 4=k)
      - 000x: Drum unit connection error (on printer side)
      - 100x: Toner cartridge connection error (on printer side)
      - 010x: Drum unit memory writing error
      - 110x: Toner cartridge memory writing error
      - 020x: Drum unit memory data error
      - 120x: Toner cartridge memory data error
      - 030x: Drum unit memory writing error (The number of reties exceeds the specified value.)
      - 130x: Toner cartridge memory writing error (The number of reties exceeds the specified value.)
Should get you going in the right direction.

E751, means there is an issue with the toner system. The machine is checking for the presence of toner. After 3 attempts the machine will go into the error. In your case, the black toner tube probably needs to be replaced even though the machine did not indicate to do so. You also have a good source of information by kopyrtec.
