    Color Network ScanGear v1.50

    Hi Guys 'n Gals,
Thanks for reading this post. I was able to find the version I wanted at one of my other customer's site, and have made use of it. I would have deleted this post, but I'm not sure how that is accomplished.

    thanks!

Just out of interest, why would you want to use this version when a newer one has been released? Is the customer using a really old OS or something like that?

I am fighting a DADF jamming instance of 0093, which is top cover open.
I did sensors, extend flag on top cover, cut all ties and reseat all connectors. Finally swapped complete feeder asm. This only occurs when they are scanning docs into eCopy???? I have upgraded system software to latest version, just yesterday downgraded color scangear 2.0 -> 1.5.
This is the advice of Canon TAC. Only thing left to try is to replace the controller board in the scanner of the iRC3380i and the cable between scanner and copier body. Truely a wierd one...
