    Canon 5185 E732/733

I have a canon 5185 that the original call was for a E732. After arriving at site i checked error log and seen that E733-001 was the original code.
I have resewated all connectors for all boards in back and secured all reader to printer connectors. Replaced main cont.,maissey board, and s ram. Whaen i put the new s ram in the code went fron 732-001 back to 733-001.Now the strange pare when i load firmware everything goes well til it gets to rcon and dc con both indicate fail on upload. And in service mode everything in empty no values at all.
This one has got me stumped

I encounter this problem before but in ir105 machine, E733. Try to reassemble the DC Controller PCB, reseat all the connector between DC Controller PCB and laser unit. clean every connector hole. But first u have get your hardisk done with complete downloaded software. Last choice change new unit of DC Controller PCB

In order to flash DC and RCON you must do it in FIXED IP mode, hold down 1&7 when powering up. The service support tool tells you.
