    Need Your Suggestion and Idea

Im sorry to post here, because i got no idea where to post this to.

My boss is about to import a few copier canon ir machines but he dont know what model machines of canon he is going to import.

Here i request your suggestion which few models of canon machines are more realible, heavy duty and what are the common complains of the machines that you suggested?

    Thank you for your opinion.

    What do you want B&W/Color?

For B&W I like the IR3300, the IR3320 is a newer version of this machine so if you can get that, that should be better. Both are only available second hand or as refurbs now. Really good medium volume machine.

Pretty much all canon machines are reliable. It all depends on what the clients needs are. If a customer plans to print 50k a month your not going to sell him or her iR2020, get the concept.

As Screwtape mentioned, don't sell anyone an iR2020 or any of it's cousins, no matter how low their volume goes. You will be doing your customers a dis-service to sell this fax-machine-I-want-to-grow-up-and-be-a-copier-some-day. Put them into a 3300 series machine and all will be happier for it.

Thanks bro, i agree with all of you 3300 does like armies marching on field without getting tired. lol forgive me with that stupid armies thingy. He rented and sold plenty of it but half of it customers complained that 3300 a bit slow with only 33ppm and some even cancelled the contract with the reason "unable to provide heavy duty machine" <--- this made my boss trauma hahahha .. and nagging me always goshhh..

He want something faster that equavalent with ir105, black and white only without colour and with less complain.

The IR5000 series is a Similar series to 2200 series, higher speed though, but not as high as IR105. You may have to try newer machines if your customer wants a really, really high volume machine that's faster than the IR5000 series.

If your customer needs the speed of IR105, I'd seriously consider getting a brand new machine. Put your client on a service contract then replace machine when the lease expires with a newer machine on a new service contract.

yes they all right.those machine they mention are all canon best designd but 3300 are now hard to find try to upgrade to 2270 or ir 3530 it also good as 3300.and also if your costomer copy about 500k a month 5000 works good.i love those boxes.and if you want a color copier irc 3200 is the best same with irc 5185.just to put your machine in contract.and have a new set of drums and fixing rollers.gud luck and dont forget to have sst and be trained in this.
