Replace the magenta drum...but while at the machine check ALL the drum counts as it most likely will need a whole set.

likeoze said your drum has reached the end of life and needs to be replaced more then likely they all do.....

To solve your problem,change the magenta drum unit. That error is to the atr sensor error ....change the drum
