    IR1024iF and irregular paper size

i need to print onto paper that is 120mm x 240mm through the bypass in a 1024if BUT without having to type in the size in "freesize" on the copier all the time.

I have set up a print driver so that it automatically picks the custom paper size and bypass on the driver. but we dont want to have to select freesize then type in 120 and 240 on the copier..

    any ideas???

have tried putting it through as different sized envelopes and stuff but it wont work.

On the larger copiers you have the ability to keep the paper size screen from popping up everytime you put a sheet of paper in the bypass. That is under the assumption that you are always going to use the same size paper in the bypass everytime. I am not sure if the 1024 has that choice, as I am not standing in front of one. It is under additional functions. You set the paper size/type one time, go to additional functions and turn off the prompt, and then every time you put something in the bypass it will ASSUME that it is the same stock.
