i have been to site today to install ecopy(embedded) on clc5151 with the big posh rip gx100 rip - no joy can't get to the meap login portal - then tried on the other clc4040 with h1 rip - success can login and copy over lic & jar files now have ecopy installed - however when using sharescan admin console when i go to device it wont discover it - i know its not the network as to rule out i quickly installed on an ir6570 - no problems - so it has be a port setting on the rip(s)?
i have enabled all still no joy - canon u.k confirm it should work so will return and try again BOTH clc running late version V3 firmware ,h1 rip is v1.02(cant be arsed to upgrade to v2) any thoughts?
also guess what the client only wants it on the clc5151
