    IR 8500 Canon

    I'm getting an error code e000020-0010 on an Image Runner 8500?
    Please help

      Pull your toner bottle out and check that the end is not broken.Also check that the dv unit is plugged in properly

          go to factory settings and check which of the 3 sensors are showing toner present(its in page 30).One of them would be having value-0 ,depending on the location of the sensor check the fault in the preceeding tank or toner bottle.
