iR C3220N always show printing is warming up...

    Machine never stops warming up...
After boot up...it will just show warming up
and you would also hear the mechanical parts
    moving.

checked the fixing and it is already set at
    189'c - 192'c and stays around there.
    start button is red.

so far i have changed the fixing unit
but still shows the same problem.

    any ideas? thanks alot!

Replace the drum unit. It must be near the end of life. (*28* copier - misc), you can see the drum unit "life".The normal value is below 150, may reach more. If the valueif the value is well above 250, can be this unit the problem.

why is the drum unit related to the warm up time?
doesn't it give its own error code when it is already out of service?

Because the machine is trying to adjust the print quality, and don't get. Most times it's an error code, but other times it's this defect. I already had this defect in one of my machines.

drums are out of life or cleaning blade of ITB doesn't work well.

You may also have a problem with your black toner bottle. have seen this a few times and it was caused by toner not being added to the drum. you can check which one is the fault under DENS in service mode you will see it 4 or 5%
