    Font issue with irC3380i

Howdy folks. I have a customer printing to an iRC3380i from Publisher on a WinXP machine (obviously) over the network. A particular font, Helvetica Neuelt (message was garbled), is substituted. I cannot find how to add this font to the machine. I have found info on using the NRD program but not where to acquire the fonts for uploading.

    1) Is NRD the correct start point?

    2) Do I just acquire the font elsewhere and then upload using NRD?

    3) Is there another more efficient way to upload the font?

I've not been to the customer site as yet, and so haven't seen the actuall font substitution. I assume the customer has the font in Publisher as she can see it clearly and properly.

    All help appreciated.

    Font Issue

Generally you have to pay for these fonts from Adobe or other sites so I have always said to the customer that if they get the font I will install it.

Netspot resourse downloader is easy enough to use for downloading the fonts to the machine.

Because the demand is for everything to "just work from Publisher"........I tried the format conversion route and was told the above qoute. I also got the "HP next to it prints it fine" line.

        Thanks for the responses.
