Log in your self as a system manager with your ID number then overwrite and cancel the password.

Additional Function> System Settings> System Manger Setting set a password eg. 1234

The only way to empty mailboxes with password is formatting the hard disk and install a new system. If you can not do so ,just forget the mailboxes ,you have 97 out of 100 free.

        thats not true..

if you do a mmi clear it will delete all the mailboxes without having to format and reload.

        copier > function (i think) > clear > mmi

you'll lose all other inputted data tho as well, ip settings, etc

            Blues Guy got it right.

Create a System Manager ID, log in as System Manager, and you can delete whatever mailboxes you want.

No need whatsoever to clear the rest of the mailboxes, or any other data.
