hi,i have one Ir 3530. this machine i think so some one change the counter PCB.now machine showing code E 355- 01 how to clear this code thanks

Hi,
E355 will appear if the Serial PCB is replaced with a new one (without E350 in advance) and these errors cannot be cleared.
A workaround is to simulate E350 by not attaching the connector to the Serial PCB during start up. E350 will appear and the procedure for E350 can be followed again (replace PCB, switch off/on). The serial number of the Main Controller will be written to the Serial PCB.
Or,
Put back all original PCB's into the equipment! Do not utilize a used Counter Memory PCB or Serial Number PCB from any other equipment.E355-If original problem was E245 or E247, Soft Counters reset to Zero. All others, Counters are retained.
