Image Class D 761 Error

I have been working on a Image Class D 761 it has a E000 Code on it. What do I have too look for?

I am Helping out a Customer of mine.

I got it

in service mode (additional function then pound sign) go to number 7 hit set go to 4 hit set push left arrow for yes set then unplug and replug


This is the heater blown in the fuser and will need a new one.

Does that sound Right?

E000 is a fuser code, correct. I do not work on Imageclass machines, just their big brothers. Somewhere in the service mode you will need to find where to Clear the ERR. Even after parts replacement on the big guys, the error still has to be cleared to get the machine up and running.
