scanner problen in IR 2000

Dear all,

I have three Canon ir 2000 machines. All machines are same problems that at the time of power ON the scanner will move backward and collide backside with high noise . some times at power ON scanner will move continusily forward and backward.Already I had replaced the scanner HP sensor , DC controller PCB and scanner motor but no result . I am looking for your valuable help please.................

What do you mean the SCANNER will move backward? I don't understand?

No error code, some times the scanner (reader unit ) move reverse (backward) and collide the back side after the start key is pressed.

Check up (clear) a white plate (a standard white plate) at the left on exposure glass.
