ir3045 system software

can someone please supply me with system software for the ir3045 series. I have E602 that i cannot clear. I have ordered new HDD.

The answer to that would be no. The software is now distributed electronically, and you can burn a disk from the resulting files, but it is not neccassary to do that.

first ,connect the hdd to a computer and lowformat the hdd.then,install it back in copier, format it and reinstall the system software with sst.

or make a hdcopy from a normal ir3045 hdd.
if the hdd can't work ever in a computer, order a new one.

have now found disk of ir3045 system software. My over zealous IT guy filed it with his disks without copying it onto our system!
