canon ir 3300 zebra pattern

pls help. my canon ir3300 produces a zebra pattern in every copy. .

I'm using a step down transformer 110v, 1500w and 60 Hz. it worked fine before..

the charge roller have uneven toner coating...

does the charge roller un even coating matches the zebra stripes in print?

Check your developer also.

Change the charging roller,check charging roller voltage,if it nt ok then change or repair the tc board

check spacer rollers in the developer roller they are maybe broken

yes the uneven coating matches the zebra pattern. but when I turn the roller manually, the coating is even..

And 1 thing i just saw a loose belt that is attached to the gear for the roller i think.. i can't see it clearly because its behind the body frame of the copier..

replace charge roller on which the uneven coating exists with a new one

Did you replace your drum ?

kabayan, are you using original canon toner? zebra pattern is sometimes related with mixing canon and non-canon toner.

i did not replace the drum but its getting worn out already...

kabayan, the toner is original... are you a technician? can u service my copier? i need it badly.. (09053822404)

problem solved.

its the drum. we replaced it and its good as new again.
