iRC3200 duplex paper jam

    iRC3200 duplex paper jam

    Good day guys,

    Again have another problem with this iRC3200. When you do single sided no problem at all paper smoothly comes out. But when you do both sided duplex when is come to 2nd side the paper will jam at the heater side near the heater upper door.

    Its seem the motor not functioning to rotate to deliver the paper out and we have change quite no of parts already example motor, sensor and D.C con but problem still persists.

    Any comment this issue guys...?

      Jam codes, what are the jam codes?
      There are cases where the Fuse pcb or duplex driver pcb resolved this case.

          I've had success unplugging the vertical feed section above the fuser and reconnecting it.

              the duples motor is driven by a pcb not the DC pcb,check it. and aother pcb might cause the duples paper jam. DC distribution pcb which mounted on the box of power supply unit, you can't miss it when you take off the rear cover of main body.

                  Good day guys,

                  Already 1 week++ my representative technician have thru and flow at the customer palce and yet the duplex paper jam not solve.

                  At the service mode jam history the machine shown 010A and is represent the sensor PS21 (duplex registration sensor) where this sensor have replace together with the motor but still same problem.

                  We found that if you push this sensor lever to centre position and close back the unit 1 and after the machine warm up ready to print the sensor lever will go back to home position where as that machine the sensor lever will not in home position. We have change most of the part related to duplex. Any more idea guys that you can comment....?

                      pls check or change the duplex driver PCB and DC fuse PCB. Faced it before. hope it can help u

                          At last the machine duplex jam already solved.

                          DC distribution PCB was the culprit
