Hi,

Would anyone be able to help with this error please?

When we are trying to scan to email a 1 page document, the scan to email is working fine. when we try to scan to email anything larger than one page we get the Error Tx Report : TX Function was not completed.

Further infomation is:
Time use : 00'41
Pages sent : 0
Result : NG # 0705

Our set up is SBS 2003, exchange mailboxes.
This is error is also happening on the other printer as well. Any kind of pointing in the right direction would be much appreciated.

705:

The Send operation was interrupted because the size of

the image data is larger than the Send Data Size Limit.

Remedy:
Change the setting for the Send Data Size Limit
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS > SYSTEM SETTINGS >
COMMUNICATION SETTINGS > E-mail/I-Fax
SETTINGS, MAXIMUM DATA SIZE for SENDING.
Keep in mind that this value can not exceed the size limit

of the E-mail server send limit for that account, other wise.
