    CLC 3220 Canon

We have only 1 of these machines in the field as we are mainly Ricoh and Utax dealers, anyway I'm having a problem with waste toner building up on the transfer section and around the assembly underneath the waste toner path. It's Like the image belt cleaning blade is scraping the toner onto these areas instead of into the auger. The gear that turns the auger is ok as is the auger, any ideas please
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.

I believe there is a mylar at the right side of the auger trough,, if this is missing, that could create a pretty good mess. I don't have the books open at the moment to verify, so that is my guess.
