Hi Pro. Currently i got this error code 354-00002 on my ir3300 machine and i couldnt find this code inside SM. I did clear this error code but when i start the machine and it show again. Anyone got this problem before?

E354 is a mismatch or absence of the serial number stored in the Serial Number PCB and Main Controller/Image Processor PCB or Counter PCB. Check and reseat connections to the counter and Serial number boards on the main controller.

Yes you are right i did changed the reader controller, main controller, CCD board and inverter pcb
The problem is i mix up all the parts with other without marking it first. the e354 is a mismatch serial number between which pcb to which pcb? And how can we check the serial number for matching purpose? please, thank you

You probably didn't touch the serial number PCB so that just leaves the counter PCB. Theres no way to tell which one matches what serial number so you'll just have to guess. The counter board is a small board attached to the main controller PN FM2-2799. The part number is on the back of the board so it should be easy to find.Comment
