Canon IR2200 Printing Entire Excel Workbook

Hi guys,

I'm looking to print and staple an entire workbook from Excel 2003 but all I get are the pages printed but without being stapled.

When I use other packages like Word it staples no bother....any thoughts?

hi,when you select file print or control print the very first print box that comes up does it have a collate or staple check box ticked if so untick it and then go to properties-finishing and select collate or staple.the first print box seems to overide the print setting and do the opposite of what you want it to do.

thanks for your reply. I just tried that but it still seems to print them all without stapling them together? Any other ideas?

is the driver on the server,if so try a driver on pc.is it windows software on server.or some setting on excel.
