RUI of Ir3300

Hi,
I facing problem of RUI is not working. There are two machines and out of that one machine is accessible with RUI but the other is having problem.
In the system setting RUI option is on. pl suggest the solution.

try reloading RUI software if not swap hrd drives over to see if it is sware prob.

You mention RUI as an issue, but is the copier able to be seen on the network? Have you pinged both copiers? If the copier can be pinged, but you can not get RUI to work,, as the previous poster THUK suggested, reload RUI. If you are going to the trouble of reloading RUI, simply reload all the system software to keep the levels correct.
