Did you try setting potential control to 0.
Did you replace corona ass'y or did you just rewire them.
You have checked all or most. The laser, drum or potential control is
the only thing left. You can try swapping the AP kit.

I would try thoroughly cleaning or replacing the ozone filters. They clog up way before life and can cause some very weird cq issues as the ozone levels build up in the drum area.Otherwise,it only leaves the drum which is much more expensive.

      Good luck, Mark.

The AP kit is the whole unit that holds the drum. Its the unit that you had slid out when you changed the drum and cleaning blade.

I would replace the recipricating arm on the ap kit before i replaced the whole assy. The disk on the front of the ap kit makes the cleaning blade move back and forth. If it doesnt, then toner starts to build up and will start to slide by the blade.

I would replace the reciprocating arm and the disk it rides on. But you can also check the blade backing. If it has a ding in it that will cause poor contact and can also affect the way the blade sits. It is just a thin piece of sheet metal and we have actually removed them and it will not cause any issues that we have seen. We have taken them out of numerous machines without problems. I would also make sure it is not being caused by the fixing assembly. worn press roller bearings, web not moving, worn heat roller can all cause black lines.
Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it.
