IR2220i SMB feature down

Dear Sir,
I encounter Machine IR2220i with SMB protocol not function properly problem.
The problem occur after the machine have "3 holidays rest".
Printer SMB setting: "\\ir2200i\print"
Computer shared folder: "\\computer1\shared"
When I use computer to browse through network, only "\\ir2200i" appear,cann't see the "\print".
Like wise, when I use SMB image scanning (Scan to host), browser can show "\\computer1" ,
but can not see the "\shared" folder.

Can some one give advice. Please.

Needs firmware for this model. Will share what solve the problem after having the correct firmware.

Correct firmware? How can you solve the problem if you don't have it?

Need Some help ABout Network scanning (scan to folder) of Canon IR2220i for windows 7. i can scan already but when i try to open the documents to the folder i shared cant read the pdf and TIFF file, from machine still sending. The network connection form machine to the Computer properly done and set up ok. only the file cant read but can find to the shared folder i made. thanx and God Bless..
